    3-11-09 b-fruit shake- 240 l-cereal - 200 --exercise = 2.3 miles on treadmill - 22 minuets 1.75 miles on elliptical - 12:30 crunches = 200 boflex stuff. s- ritz crackers & cheese d- steaktips with noodles.
