i know the gum trick and the hair band thing
but i want something a little bit more effective
and longer lasting...

awe girly Im 121 as well! I lost the first 5 pounds without even realizing it ... and then for the past two years Ive been trying to get back down to atleast 115 (I got up to 135 from bouncing back from my disorder when I was 100), because at 130 I was a fatass. I've finally gained control back and Im actually losing! so excited. So since were the same weight, I really want to help you, and vice versa.. I think we should tak'er easy this first week and have our goal for 119 by next friday.. atleast I want to do that.. because I just lost like 5 lbs last week so I dont want to screw my body too bad. Good luck girly! :)

ah yes! that does sound good to me. i can help as much as possible.
i just know that some days i eat as little as possible and workout
to the extremes but then i like stop for a day or two. and theres the occasional
purge here and there. so theres no balance, but im working on it.
and 119 sounds good to me. i shall work my hardest haha we should just stay in
touch about how and what not!!
