Best way to lose weight...

any tips or idea on how to avoid food,
such as those cravings and late night sackings?
im in major need of help.

its like for a while i managed to be completely sick minded
and was down to 112, now that people are caring,
and trying to help im 117.
fuck that shit, i will get back down :)
