| Best way to lose weight...any tips or idea on how to avoid food, such as those cravings and late night sackings? im in major need of help.
its like for a while i managed to be completely sick minded and was down to 112, now that people are caring, and trying to help im 117. fuck that shit, i will get back down :) helpp :D

| well... 3-11-09 b-fruit shake- 240 l-cereal - 200 --exercise = 2.3 miles on treadmill - 22 minuets 1.75 miles on elliptical - 12:30 crunches = 200 boflex stuff. s- ritz crackers & cheese d- steaktips with noodles.
